20-Foot One-Piece Glass Installation
When an architect specified a single-panel 20-foot floor-to-ceiling aluminum window for a luxury custom home, no off-the-shelf product could accommodate it. We engineered custom oversized frames, sourced reinforced triple-glazed units to size, and coordinated crane installation to place the panel in a single lift.
The result: a statement architectural element that performs as well as it looks — thermally broken, triple-glazed, and rated for Canadian wind loads.
Hampton Hilton Hotel — 100 Rooms
The Hampton Hilton project required complete fenestration coordination across a 100-room hotel. We supplied and installed custom aluminum curtain wall systems for the lobby and common areas, 300+ triple-glazed windows with STC acoustic ratings for guest room privacy, fire-rated door assemblies at exit corridors, and all exterior glazing.
The project was delivered on time and contributed to the building's LEED Silver certification.
Century-Home Heritage Window Restoration
Replacing windows on a heritage-designated property is one of the most technically demanding fenestration jobs. The City of Toronto's heritage office required that replacement units match the exact profile, divided light pattern, and exterior appearance of the original 1910 windows.
We custom-manufactured profiles that replicated the original design while incorporating modern double-glazing, low-e coating, and thermally broken frames — achieving current energy compliance without changing the home's protected exterior character.
